What we’ll need from you:

Click here to download Event Data spreadsheet. If you do not have a way to open or view the spreadsheet you can download the software free and legally by clicking here.
Fill out event data spreadsheet and email to matthew@runwhitefish.org
If you use online registration, please use active.com. This is easier for us to import.
As you receive registrations, please add to Event Data spreadsheet and email at least weekly. If you have added more than 25 participants since last update, please email more frequently. You may also just forward copies of the registrations to us if you don’t have time to enter them into the event data spreadsheet, but you might find the data more accessible for you in the future by using the supplied sheet.
Purchase bib numbers with pull tabs. We time all our races using more than one method. This ensures that your participants get the fastest most accurate results, every time.
Volunteers to assist with start/finish line duties. 1-4 is usually sufficient, but this depends on the size of your event.http://www.runwhitefish.org/Files/EventDatahttp://www.openoffice.org/mailto:matthew@runwhitefish.orghttp://www.runwhitefish.org/Files/EventDatashapeimage_1_link_0shapeimage_1_link_1shapeimage_1_link_2
